CalCPA affects change in capital gains reporting requirements.


The IRS An abbreviation for the Internal Revenue Service, a federal agency charged with the responsibility of administering and enforcing internal revenue laws. , based on a comment letter from CalCPA's Committee on Taxation, has clarified its instructions for reporting capital gains and other investments on Form 1040, Schedule D.

The clarification Clarification

The removal of small amounts of fine, particulate solids from liquids. The purpose is almost invariably to improve the quality of the liquid, and the removed solids often are discarded.
