The award is one of NCSAE's highest honors and is given only in years in which there is a candidate who stands above all others. "Susan Waters is one of the most highly regarded association executives in the field today," says Kerry Parker, NCSAE vice president. "She is at the top of a successful career of achievement that has spanned nearly 30 years." Waters began her career in 1974 as executive director of the Prince George's County, Md. Medical Society.
