The human resources department within an organization, years ago known as the "personnel department," manages the administrative aspects of the employees. can help you sift through this information and provide other resources for the CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. who deals with practice management and human resource issues. Benefits of being a committee member include employment law updates at each meeting by local employment attorneys, expert employment practices updates and reviews of employment trends. The committee meets three times a year: August in Northern California Northern California, sometimes referred to as NorCal, is the northern portion of the U.S. state of California.
