Cal-Bay Opens Escrow for Acquisition of 25 Acre Development Property in Northern California.

:CBAY) announces acquisition of 25+ acre development property in northern California Northern California, sometimes referred to as NorCal, is the northern portion of the U.S. state of California. The region contains the San Francisco Bay Area, the state capital, Sacramento; as well as the substantial natural beauty of the redwood forests, the northern .

Cal-Bay's Board of Directors today announced the company has entered into a contract for the purchase of the property in the Napa region of California for $1.15M.

Cal-Bay CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Roger Pawson commented the property will be a premium development project for the company that will include a select number of California Ranch Style homes. The acquisition is scheduled to close on or before the end of July 2006.

Cal-Bay is currently in negotiations for several other large East Coast development projects.
