TUSTIN, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 19, 2001

Cal-Bay International Inc. has recently filed Form 10-SB with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the registration of securities in the form of common stock by a small business under Section 12(b) or (g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.

Also submitted as a part of the filing were complete audited financial statements.

Cal-Bay International (CYBI) is currently trading in the Pink Sheets. Sixty days after filing the Form 10-SB, Cal-Bay International will be a "reporting company" as defined by the SEC. Following clearance of any SEC comments, Cal-Bay International will make application to trade on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board.
