Cal Water Awarded Contract to Provide 'Customer Services' in Menlo Park.

 City Council awarded Cal Water a contract to provide `customer services' for the Menlo Park Municipal Water System beginning October 1. `Customer Services' includes meter reading, billing, taking customer calls and investigating customer inquiries. Shut-ons/shut-offs and repairs for the 3,900 customers of the City System will be performed by existing municipal employees.
