The Cal National Bank University Scholarship program benefits students residing in Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Ventura (vĕnt`rə), city (1990 pop. 92,575), seat of Ventura co., SW Calif., on the Pacific coast in a farm and oil region; inc. 1866.  counties. Cal National Bank University Scholarship applicants are evaluated on demonstrated leadership qualities, involvement in the community, clarity Clarity is the property of being clear or transparent.

To register; to enter on the rolls of chancery, or other court's; to make a record.  as full-time students Full-Time Student

A status that is important for determining dependency exemptions. An individual enrolled in a post-secondary institution may be eligible for certain tax breaks.

The full-time status is based on what the individual's school considers full time.
