Cadre-Westmount transition completed; Cadre expands on worldwide leadership in OO.


PROVIDENCE, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 31, 1995--Cadre Technologies Inc. today announces the successful implementation of the merger with Westmount Technology BV of Delft, The Netherlands. All of Westmount's tools, technologies, and assets have been incorporated with Cadre. The Delft facility has now become Cadre's European Operations' headquarters. Distribution networks from both companies have been combined to form one worldwide enterprise. With the merger complete, Cadre has positioned itself as the leading development solutions provider, with a dominating worldwide presence.

VantageTeam supports the leading analysis and design approaches to application development, including popular structured method and object-oriented approaches.
