) announced today that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission covering the proposed offering of 1.5 million shares of Common Stock.

All of the shares being offered are new primary shares.

The underwriting will be led by J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and co-managed by Interstate/Johnson Lane Corporation. The company will grant the underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase an additional 225,000 shares.
