Cadillac Fairview Corporation today announced that Bruce W. Duncan, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer will resign from the Corporation upon successful completion of the transaction with Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan (OTPP), commonly referred to as Teachers', is the organization responsible for administering pensions for public school teachers of Ontario. The OTPP also invests the plan's pension fund.  Board. &uot;We have built a strong management team at Cadillac Fairview with significant depth of experience and this is the logical time for me to turn over leadership. In anticipation of completion of this transaction, Teachers has commenced a process to identify a new Chief Executive Officer to ensure an orderly transition of leadership.
