Cade Industries, Inc. announces John F. Scanlon President - Auto-Air Composites subsidiary.


LANSING, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 7, 1994--Richard A. Lund, President of Cade Industries, Inc. announced today that John F. Scanlon, former Vice President of its Auto-Air Composites subsidiary has been promoted to President of Auto-Air Composites.

Mr. Scanlon joined Auto-Air Composites in March, 1989 as Director of Engineering, and in March, 1992 he was named Vice President. Prior to joining Auto-Air, Mr. Scanlon was a Section Manager at Sundstrand Corporation Sundstrand Corporation was founded in 1926 as a merger of the Rockford Tool Company and Rockford Milling Machine Company in Rockford, Illinois. It was known as Sundstrand Machine Tool Company until 1959 when shareholders voted to change the name to Sundstrand Corporation.  in Rockford, Illinois Rockford is a mid-sized city located on both banks of the Rock River in far northern Illinois. Rockford is often referred to as "The Forest City" and is the county seat of Winnebago County, Illinois, USA. As reported in the 2000 U.S. .
