Ground in `Pay-Per-Use' Software Licensing

Macrovision Corporation (Nasdaq:MVSN MVSN Milizia Volontaria per la Sicurezza Nazionale (Italy) ), a world leader in Digital Rights Management technologies, announced today that its Globetrotter Software Division has signed a worldwide license agreement with Cadcentre Group plc for FLEXbill(TM), Globetrotter's 'Pay-Per-Use' licensing technology. This agreement enables Cadcentre to combine FLEXbill with its implementation of FLEXlm(R) to provide flexible `Pay- Per-Use' licensing options to Cadcentre customers worldwide. Cadcentre is an established and recognized leader in lifecycle engineering software solutions with more than 700 customers in 50 countries worldwide using in excess of 10,000 installed systems.
