(ISIS) is pleased to announce that it has been appointed by Cadbury Ltd.(UK) to implement a UK wide Sales Force Automation Automating the sales activities within an organization. A comprehensive SFA package provides such functions as contact management, note and information sharing, quick proposal and presentation generation, product configurators, calendars and to-do lists.  (SFA See sales force automation.

Cadbury Ltd.(UK), a division of the Cadbury Schweppes group of companies, manufactures and distributes a wide range of confectionery products, including the UK's leading brands. The project, valued at CAN$300,000 commenced in June 1997 and was delivered in July 1997 by ISIS. The system is currently being implemented throughout the UK by Cadbury Ltd.(UK).

ISIS is contracted to deliver its Integrated Sales Information System (ISIS) suite for operation on pen-based computers running Microsoft Windows 95. ISIS is the leading component based SFA solution provider delivering a suite of highly functional application modules, with comprehensive integration and customization facilities to provide a complete and flexible solution. The system enables any organization to maximize profitability, improve the level of service offered to customers and improve organizational communication and control.

ISIS offers a scaleable Windows NT based system server which provides integration with back-office systems, including SAP R/3 and JBA (JBA International, Inc., Rolling Meadows, IL) A global developer and supplier of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for AS/400, Unix and NT platforms. Founded in 1981 as Johnston Brown Associates, in 1999, it was acquired by Canadian-based Geac Computer Corporation. , and enables the production of order, visit, merchandising and marketing statistics at all levels of the company hierarchy.

Modules available include order entry and management, market analysis, merchandising journey planning customer management and integrated communications. Customization facilities enable consultants to configure and deploy the system in a manner which reflects the customer's operational procedures, business rules and organizational structure.
