Cachet Communications Inc. Announces Agreement.

RICHMOND HILL, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 1997--(Alberta Stock Exchange CCE.) Cachet Communications Inc. ("Cachet") is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire the outstanding 49 percent of the issued and outstanding shares of 21st Century Colour Inc. In March 1995 Cachet acquired 51 percent of 21st Century Colour as its first step in the creation of a fully integrated communication services organization.

21st Century Colour Inc. offers colour pre-press services using the very latest in technology to a wide range of clients, including Cachet Communications Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cachet Communications Inc.

Mr. Robert Sugden has taken over the management of 21st Century Colour . Mr. Sugden has over 20 years of experience in film work and his strong management skills have been instrumental in building other pre-press businesses.

The agreement, which was finalized on June 20, 1997 was for a total consideration of $138,030.38.

With this transaction, Cachet is continuing its strategy to grow the company and increase profitability.
