Comparable store sales (sales for stores open at least one year or more) decreased 2% during the four week February 2002 period, as compared to the same period in 2001. Total sales for the four week period ended February 23, 2002 increased $0.1 million or 1% to $14.0 million, for the four week period.

Total sales for the eight week period ended February 23, 2002 were $25.4 million, as compared to $24.0 million for the comparable period ended February 24, 2001, which represents an increase of $1.4 million or 6%. Comparable store sales increased 3% during the eight week period, as compared to the same period in Fiscal 2001.
