Comparable store sales (sales for stores open at least one year or more) increased 8% during the four week July 2005 period, as compared to the same period in 2005. Total sales for the four-week period ended July 30, 2005 increased $2.1 million or 16% to $15.4 million.

Comparable store sales increased 4% during the 30 week period ended July 30, 2005, as compared to the same period in 2004. Total sales for the 30 week period increased $12.7 million or 10% to $144.8 million.

Mr. Brian Woolf, Cache's Chairman commented: "We continued our strong sales trends in July by reporting an 8% comparable store sales increase for the month. Sales were driven by casual product categories such as denim and peasant styles and accessories. We were pleased to achieve these results with less promotional days."

The Company also noted that it opened 1 new Cache store in July and currently operates 298 Cache and Lillie Rubin locations.

For the year-to-date period, the Company has opened 10 new stores and has closed 3 stores in Fiscal 2005 and expects to open another approximately 8 Cache and approximately 2 Lillie Rubin stores for a total of approximately 25 new stores in Fiscal 2005.
