), a specialty chain of exclusive women's apparel stores with 184 stores open (172 Cache stores and 12 Lillie Rubin stores), announced today, the Company's plans to open 150 new stores over the next five years and the appointment of Ms. Gayle Wyroba as Vice President and Sportswear Merchandise Manager.

 of developing a new Lillie Rubin prototype store, which it expects to introduce in the second half of 1999, with full expansion of Lillie Rubin expected to begin in the Fall of 1999. We anticipate the opening of approximately 20 Lillie Rubin stores per year over the next five years. The Company will open 5 new Cache stores this Spring and anticipates opening 10 Cache stores per year over the next 5 years."

Mr. Saul also announced the appointment of Ms. Gayle Wyroba as Vice President and Sportswear Merchandise Manager for Cache stores. In this new position, Ms. Wyroba, will report to Mae Soo Hoo, Executive Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. Gayle will be responsible for sportswear merchandise content at Cache. Commenting further, Mr. Saul disclosed "Gayle Wyroba has tremendous experience in women's ready to wear.
