:CVC See CSC. ) integrated business communications provider, today unveiled an expanded executive team to speed the deployment of the company's products and services for commercial customers throughout the New York metropolitan area New York–Northern New Jersey–Long Island is the most populous metropolitan area in the United States and the third most populous in the world, after Tokyo and Mexico City.  (NYMA NYMA New York Military Academy ).

This Lightpath executive team will report to Eric Tveter, Cablevision's senior vice president for business telecommunications services, who is responsible for leading Lightpath's growth.

Lightpath's restructured executive suite is focused on ensuring unprecedented reliability and is aligned around six business operations: business product management; sales; wholesale services and developing markets; customer service; service management; and network management. The executive management appointments and their divisions operations are:

Kevin Curran - vice president, business product management. Mr. Curran is responsible for strategy, planning, product development and overall revenue performance for Lightpath. A long-time employee of Cablevision Systems Corporation, he joined the company in 1983 as one of the first employees of Rainbow Advertising Sales Company (RASCO). He worked in New York City representing all cable services for local ad sales, News 12 and regional sports. Mr. DeCabia worked at RASCO through 1995, leaving as senior vice president/director of advertising sales for SportsChannel, to join the Lightpath organization.

George Lakestream - vice president, wholesale services and developing markets. Mr. Lakestream is responsible primarily for developing powerful wholesale service business with wireless carriers, Internet and application service providers, other CLEC's, long distance carriers and other telecommunications service companies driven by the fiber rich network in the Tri-State area. Ralph Eck - vice president, service management. Mr. Eck is responsible for the service operations including installation, field service, maintenance, dispatch, and the technical services call center on a 7- by 24-hour per day basis. He joined Lightpath from Metromedia International Telecommunications Inc., where he was senior director of operations, overseeing various joint ventures throughout the world.
