According to Horowitz, "There are few options in the market that enable a firm to occupy a single 56,000-square-foot floor. Bringing employees together like that in a great environment was a key goal of CSTV's, and I'm pleased we were able to help make it happen."

Falk, executive vice president and principal of Newmark, said, "CSTV is an ideal tenant for 85 Tenth Avenue.

"In the last four years, the immediate area has quickly become a hub for many prominent media companies. Presently, we are seeing very strong interest on the remaining available floors from companies in the media, fashion and technology industries."

Added Zeller, "This transaction worked very well for all parties. The hands-on involvement of the ownership demonstrated its commitment to the building and aided the completion of the transaction."
