 Toronto "EXXR") dated April 9, 1996, Cable Satisfaction Inc. ("CSIX") is pleased to announce that the amalgamation amalgamation /amal·ga·ma·tion/ (ah-mal´gah-ma´shun) trituration (3).

 of the two companies has been approved by their respective shareholders. The amalgamation is effective June 30, 1996.

CSIX is proceeding to file all requirements with the regulatory bodies and intends to resume trading on the Canadian Canadian (kənā`dēən), river, 906 mi (1,458 km) long, rising in NE New Mexico. and flowing E across N Texas and central Oklahoma into the Arkansas River in E Oklahoma.  Dealer's Network Inc. under the symbol "CSIX," as soon as approval is obtained.

CSIX will continue the development of its projects in Guadeloupe and Portugal where it is building wide band state of the art cable television networks. The potential of Guadeloupe is 110,000 homes passed and in Portugal is in excess of 1,000,000.

Subject to regulatory approval, CSIX is proceeding with a private placement of 3,000,000 units. Each unit is composed of 1 subordinate voting share at $1.25 per share and 1 share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles its holder to buy 1 subordinate voting share of CSIX at a price of $1.50 until February 28, 1997 or $2.00 until September Until September is a 1984 romantic drama set in France.
