("Csii") is pleased to announce an investment of Capital Communications CDPQ CDPQ Caisse de Dépôt et de Placement du Québec , a subsidiary of Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec, by which Capital Communications would subscribe, by way of a private placement, for 8,500,000 subordinate voting shares Voting Shares

Shares that give the stockholder the right to vote on matters of corporate policy making as well as who will compose the members of the board of directors.
