Cable Pioneer Invests in Internet/Television Company Resort Sports Network.


PORTLAND, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 21, 1999--

Resort Sports Network, Inc. (RSN RSN - Real Soon Now ), creator of the resort based cable television network and web site (www.rsn.com), a leading provider of information to and about the mountain sports lifestyle, today announced a $5 million strategic partnership with Pilot House Associates LLC (Logical Link Control) See "LANs" under data link protocol.

Resort Sports Network, the 13-year-old national niche cable network and Internet company, includes 35 local mountain and shore resort TV stations reaching 56 resort communities and 100 Resort Cams throughout the U.S., Canada, Australia and Chile. RSN.COM is the premier recreational sports travel/information Internet site and the exclusive winter sports winter sports: see bobsledding; curling; hockey, ice; ice dancing; ice skating; skiing; snowshoes; tobogganing.  content provider to Excite and Snap.
