For the first time, multiple system cable operators MediaOne and Time Warner Communications have joined with high-speed online service Road Runner to organize the Broadband Developers Conference.

This history making public forum is designed to develop new relationships between the cable companies and web site programmers. The event is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, June 30 on the Sony Pictures Studios lot, and appropriately on the "Wheel of Fortune" soundstage.
