Cable &Wireless' new SLAs offer the industry's leading guarantees for Internet access and give customers the industry's best latency guarantees and the most competitive compensation credits available.

Cable &Wireless' new SLA consists of the following:

-- Average monthly latency of 70 milliseconds round-trip within

Cable &Wireless' network backbone in the U.S.;

-- Network-wide packet loss of no more than 1 percent; and

-- Web reporting capabilities that give customers access to online

monthly network statistics. Customers can also access real-time

Customer Credits

Cable &Wireless backs the new SLAs with competitive customer compensation credits. In the event that Cable &Wireless fails to meet the guaranteed monthly network-wide average of 70ms delay and 1 percent packet loss, the customer is entitled to a three-day pro-rated credit of the monthly recurring port charge.
