En-Tranz, a Hong Kong-based creator and publisher of video games See video game console. , is outsourcing its pan-Asian infrastructure requirements to Cable & Wireless to speed up Web site performance, reduce operational costs and profit from its entertainment assets in Asia's flourishing online entertainment industry.
