Cable & Wireless' first deployment of Clariton's CableCell system is in the island of St. Lucia, in a plan to boost in-building cellular coverage throughout the island.

Cable & Wireless will overcome the challenge of in-building cellular coverage in an innovative way, putting to use their island-wide cable TV network.
