:PAYV) today announced that cable, satellite and pay-per-view programming veteran Sid Amira has joined the company to lead its efforts in the entertainment and pay-per-view arena.

Amira's three-year consulting contract calls for him to work closely with other management to create and execute the company's business plan, and to bring entrepreneurial leadership to the organization in order to move the business forward.

The company is in the process of acquiring content and creating programming for broadcast specifically over the Internet.

Additionally, the company has several &uot;off line&uot; interests. Its rap and hip-hop music label, Street Solid Records, is distributed through K-Tel Distribution (Nasdaq:KTEL).
