Cabinplant provides turnkey vegetable line to Frigorifer, Romania's largest coldstore.


Frigorifer S.A., situated on the bank of the River Danube in Tulcea, Romania, is considered the biggest coldstore in southeastern Europe, with a capacity of 16,000 tons of frozen products.

Its processing line came from Cabinplant A/S of Haarby, Denmark, as a complete turnkey project. That included design of the layout, delivery of equipment and installation and start-up of the plant. During installation some changes in the layout had to be made due to unforeseen circumstances, but Cabinplant accommodated the equipment to match the altered conditions without delay, and everything was ready as promised.
