Cabazon Band of Mission Indians Names Rick Post as New Board Member of Tribe's East Valley Tourist Development Authority.


INDIO Indio (ĭn`dē-ō'), city (1990 pop. 36,793), Riverside co., SE Calif., in the Coachella Valley of the Colorado Desert, 22 ft (6.7 m) below sea level; founded 1876, inc. 1930. , Calif. -- Rick Post was recently appointed as a new member of the board of directors of the East Valley Tourist Development Authority, a subsidiary of the Cabazon Band of Mission Indians Mission Indians, Native Americans of S and central California; so called because they were under the jurisdiction of some 21 Spanish missions that were established between 1769 and 1823. , replacing the retiring Thomas (language) Thomas - A language compatible with the language Dylan(TM).
