Cabano Kingsway Acquires Transport Lebon Inc.

.) Cabano Kingsway Inc., a Canadian transport industry leader, announces that it has reached an agreement in principle concerning the acquisition of the shares of Transport Lebon Inc. of Jonquiere, which specializes in bulk merchandise transport.

Cabano Kingsway plans to continue, under the same name, Transport Lebon Inc. operations, which are carried out mainly in Quebec, Ontario and the northeastern United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. ; it will also maintain all current jobs. When finalized, the transaction will allow Cabano Kingsway to increase its annual revenue from the transport of bulk merchandise by approximately $2.5 million. It is also adding 24 tractor- trailers and tankers to its existing fleet consisting of over 110 units.
