CYbeR-CARE Announces New Board Member Appointments.

CYBeR-CARE, INC. (Nasdaq:CYBR), a technology-assisted health management company, today announced two new appointments to its Board of Directors. Peter Murphy, of Capital and Guarantee and Alan Adilson, an independent consultant, were approved to serve as new outside and inside directors, respectively. These appointments come after two members, Glen Barber and Rusty Capece, resigned from their positions.

For the past three years Murphy has been the principal of Capital & Guarantee, a firm specializing in corporate finance with particular focus on emerging business development and is well versed in business issues pertaining to both the technology and the healthcare industries.

Adilson worked with CYBeR-CARE as a consultant prior to joining the Board. He has spent over twenty-five years on Wall Street in varying capacities including Managing Director/Investment Banking for a privately held firm. Adilson was formerly Senior Vice President for a mortgage banking company, and former President of Cambridge Research Corporation, a company that manufactured and sold products for the handicapped.
