, of Capital and Guarantee and Alan Adilson, an independent consultant, were approved to serve as new outside and inside directors, respectively. These appointments come after two members, Glen Barber and Rusty Capece, resigned from their positions.

Adilson was formerly Senior Vice President for a mortgage banking company, and former President of Cambridge Research Corporation, a company that manufactured and sold products for the handicapped.
