CYRANO WebTester was developed in conjunction with core technology provided through an OEM agreement with RSW Software, Inc., Teradyne's new Web testing unit.

Under the terms of the agreement, RSW Software has provided its technology to CYRANO for integration within its CYRANO Suite of software for change management, enabling CYRANO to deliver the first end-to-end Web testing solution worldwide.
