In accordance with previously issued and filed agreements with Cornell Capital Inc., CYOP filed an SB2 registration statement earlier this week.

The United States Government has moved towards a prohibitive stance on online gaming that has impacted the growth of iGaming in that particular market, as well as those companies that had marketed their products in said market.

Upon receipt of financing, CYOP intends to begin marketing activities to existing portals online gaming operators as well as to traditional casinos outside of the USA.
