In accordance with the agreements, Red Felt provides Keno.com with its software including a number of games, site integration, processing and customer support. Games include Blackjack blackjack, one of the world's most widely played gambling card games; also known as twenty-one or vingt-et-un. Despite contesting claims between the French and Italians, its origins are unknown. , American Roulette, Video Poker, Classic Slots, Craps and 35 other games.

Red Felt derives a percentage of the net revenues earned at Keno.com, while Keno.com is responsible for marketing the licensed website and for driving traffic that may be converted into cash play. The Company anticipates that earnings will begin immediately given the nature of the URL "Keno.com" and its associated web traffic.

Keno.com Ltd. (UK) is the wholly owned subsidiary of Gaming Transactions Inc. (Pink Sheets:GGTS GGTS Gravity Gradient Test Satellite
