CYNG - Timing the Key to Success.

ARLINGTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16, 1998--Cynergy Inc. (Ticker ticker

:CYNG) Thursday commented on the effects of the extraordinary timing of their recent acquisition of property rich in oil producing history with potential resources of 90 million barrels.

On June 10 the company announced that it acquired the rights to 100% working interest in oil and gas leases on 960 acres of prime exploration ground in Kern Kern, river, 155 mi (249 km) long, rising in the S Sierra Nevada Mts., E Calif., and flowing south, then southwest to a reservoir in the extreme southern part of the San Joaquin valley. The river has Isabella Dam as its chief facility.  County, Calif., for a total of $240,000. The property is bordered by ground held by several major oil companies notably, Texaco, Shell Oil, Chevron and Oxidental Petroleum.

John Hedges, Cynergy's vice president, stated: "In the oil and gas business, it is best to acquire properties during times when supply is high. That is when property prices and exploration costs are at their lows. Our recent agreement to acquire the Kern County property happened just at that time. Oil prices were at the lowest levels seen in years. This is one side of the coin. Once you acquire property you want oil prices to rise as you begin to produce. We believe we will begin production the middle of January 1999. This is a time when oil is in high demand, due to cold weather. This is a good start, but beyond this yearly occurrence, we see possibilities for oil to reach highs not seen since the late 70's. Oil usage in southeast Asia Southeast Asia, region of Asia (1990 est. pop. 442,500,000), c.1,740,000 sq mi (4,506,600 sq km), bounded roughly by the Indian subcontinent on the west, China on the north, and the Pacific Ocean on the east.  and China should spark spark, in electricity: see arc.

world crude oil prices by rising faster than supply is increasing from all non-OPEC sources. The result of this new demand places CYNG in a position to sell oil at the highest levels we have seen in over 20 years. If you take into consideration that we have acquired property while oil prices were the lowest they have been in 10 years then you will see a very clear path to extraordinary profits."
