CYNET, Inc. (OTCBB: CYNE), a leading provider of convergent messaging technology for businesses, today announced that it has added Titanis, Inc., a full range provider of Business-to-Business information technology solutions, to its growing list of resellers and channel partners. Under the terms of the agreement, Titanis will be a value added reseller of CYNET's ConvergentWare line of products and services, which includes the CYPAQ Pocket Pak, CYNET's Desktop Messaging System and Convergent Messaging Service.

CYNET's Desktop Messaging System enables businesses to electronically transmit fax, e-mail, data and voice messages through a single interface, while CYNET's Convergent Messaging Application Program Interface (API) operates as a mail merge system that creates a fax document using a predefined XML style sheet. The third messaging component to be sold by Titanis is CYNET's Convergent Service, which incorporates Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), enabling employees to retrieve fax, e-mail and voice messages from their desktops, laptops, PDAs and/or cell phones. CYNET also manufacturers the CYPAQ, a bundled solution that provides the Compaq (NYSE: CPQ) iPAQ Pocket PC with wireless voice and data communications capabilities.
