 BB:CYGS) announced formation of its Scientific Advisory Board to be chaired by Dr. Malcolm Skolnick, former member of the Board of Directors and currently of counsel to the company.

In addition to Dr. Skolnick, the SAB membership includes Dr. Charles Conrad, Dr. Mark Emmett and Dr. Robert Roxby.

Malcolm H. Skolnick, Ph.D., J.D. is Professor of Technology and Health Law at the School of Public Health in the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at Houston. Dr. Skolnick pursues research on policy issues at the interface of science and law.

Charles A. Conrad, M.D. is Board Certified in Psychiatry and Neurology and is in private practice. He conducts research in molecular biology related to genetic factors in tumorogenesis and in anti-sense technology.

Mark R. Emmett, Ph.D. is Associate Director and Director of Biological Applications of the Ion Cyclotron cyclotron: see particle accelerator.
