Cygnus president/ceo Paul Mackler said his company's acquisition strategy "has been to obtain properties that will enhance as well as broaden advertiser ad·ver·tise v. ad·ver·tised, ad·ver·tis·ing, ad·ver·tis·es v.tr. 1.
