PHOENIX, Jan. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Century Pacific International announces that Cyclone Aviation Products Ltd., of Israel, has just requested and executed a confidentiality agreement with American Aircraft Corp. ("AAC") of Long Beach, Calif., to enable it to remanufacture AAC's first 50 Penetrators (Modified Huey Helicopters) in Israel. The agreement is subject to the laws of New York state. American Aircraft (NASDAQ: AARC) completed its proof of concept flight at Rialto, Calif., last month and has won a clearance from the FAA to complete its required 50 hours of flight testing.
