The first 1,000 youth teams - any level through high school qualifies - can place an online order at http://SportsCapsule.ESPN.com to have a highlights-reel packaged in the ESPN way, complete with graphics, music and a voice-over call by a ``SportsCenter'' anchor.

New York-based SportsCapsule, which creates custom video season highlights for VCR and CD-ROMs, has partnered with ESPN.com for this project.

The cost is about $30 per player, which takes care of editing, production and a copy for each team member. The highlights also can be posted online. Reservation orders must be placed before Dec. 31, even if the team's season hasn't started.

--Major League Baseball's official site (www.mlb.com) has the ad slogan on its link to online voting for the All-Star Game as ``Vote Early, Vote Often.'' Except there's a 25-vote limit - per registered name, that is.

Try to cheat, and the rules according to MLB Advanced Media says it has the right to invalidate any ballots ``at its discretion.'' Balloting ends June 30.

As of Tuesday, the site also will begin offering 5,000 tickets for sale for the game, at $160 apiece.

--Replacing what originally was created by the now departed Broadband Sports, the Major League Baseball Players Association's official site has gone back up with help from Yahoo! Sports (www.bigleaguers.yahoo.com). It includes its own auctions, player journals, instructional tips and links to charity events.
