(TSE:CX), one of North America's leading Internet professional services company, has formed a strategic alliance with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) to deliver an unprecedented level of e-business services. As part of the alliance, CYBERPLEX has received a $10 million equity investment from SAIC, a $5 billion Fortune 500 company that provides information technology and systems integration products and services to government and commercial customers. SAIC will invest US$10 million in CYBERPLEX in exchange for two million of CYBERPLEX common shares. CYBERPLEX plans to use the proceeds from the SAIC transaction to fuel acquisitions in the U.S. and to bolster aggressive sales growth worldwide.
