Larus Corporation is proud to announce that it has developed a new feature set for the industry standard CXR Halcyon 704A Universal Test Set, which allows testing of Selective Signaling (SS1-SS4) for the world-wide Air Route Traffic Control (ARTCC ARTCC Air Route Traffic Control Center ) voice network. ARTCC is the critical voice communications network connecting air traffic controllers together across FAA, US Navy, US Air Force and other agencies world-wide which coordinate air traffic routing.

Larry Taillie, President of CXR Larus Corporation commented; "The updated Halcyon is a direct replacement for our legacy CXR 5200 which was the incumbent test set for measuring ARTCC signals. Additionally, we have added a feature which has already drawn rave reviewsOthe ability to monitor an SS trunk over time, recording all passing digits, generating a report which may be saved, printed or emailed. The 704A is able to both send and receive Selective Signaling digits."

The new CXR Halcyon 704A Universal Test Set is immediately available in two models: 704A-NTS1/FAA/SS for FAA and civilian use, and 704A-NTS1/NV/SS for military use. Both contain identical software, features, and cable kits. These units may be purchased directly from CXR Larus, ordered under FAA Contract, Navy Contract or via web-based services www.testmart.com for GSA (1) (Global mobile Suppliers Association, Sawbridgeworth, U.K., www.gsacom.com) A membership organization of suppliers of GSM products and services.
