Seidman. as its principal accountant to audit its financial statements for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 1994. BDO Seidman succeeds Deloitte & Touche as CXR's principal accountant. Deloitte & Touche resigned as CXR's principal accountant on Dec. 22, 1994.
