CXO Systems Elevates Key Executives to Capitalize on Expanding Risk and Operational Intelligence Market; Vinod Damodaran Appointed Vice President, Engineering; Mani Manickam Appointed Vice President & Chief Architect.

WALTHAM, Mass. -- CXO Systems, a leader in real-time Operational Intelligence software, today announced it has promoted two of its key executives into senior-level product architecture and development positions to capitalize on the growing risk and operational intelligence markets. Vinod Damodaran has been promoted to Vice President, Engineering, and Mani Manickam has been named Vice President and Chief Architect of CXO Systems.

As Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Damodaran will lead CXO Systems' engineering teams in Sunnyvale, CA and Pune, India. His responsibilities include product development, quality assurance, and technical support. Mr. Damodaran brings more than 21 years of industry experience to CXO Systems' management team, most recently from i2 Technologies, where he headed up engineering for their SRM Platform division. Mr. Damodaran holds a B.S. in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, India, and a post-graduate degree in Software Technology from NSCT, Bombay, India.

In his role as Vice President and Chief Architect, Mr. Manickam will be responsible for CXO Systems' technical architecture, focusing primarily on the company's Visibility platform. He oversees the company's service oriented architecture including CXO Systems' network based business intelligence initiatives with Cisco Systems. Prior to joining CXO Systems, Mr. Manickam was Vice President of Engineering at ArcadiaOne (now HAHT Commerce) where he drove the development of their content aggregation and syndication software product. Mr. Manickam is also a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology and holds a Doctorate in Computational Fluid Dynamics from Stanford University.
