Mr. Changsheng is currently the Executive President of the State Information Center ("SIC") of the People's Republic of China and is Chairman of the Board for CEInet Data Co. Ltd. The State Information Center is the parent company of CEInet Data Corporation, established in 1996. While in his position at SIC, Mr. Changsheng has lead several projects of economic information management systems, as well as serving as chief editor in a number of publications on Chinese economic studies and economic trend forecasting - this included the Forecast on China's Economic Development study (English, 1997-1998). Mr. Changsheng has a BA Degree from the Capital Economy and Trade University (China), and has completed coursework in economics and microeconomic mi·cro·ec·o·nom·ics
