Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of Bio-Tracking Security Inc. and Jeff Gottesman of Wall Street Reporter.

1 - Overview & brief history of Bio-Tracking

Well, approximately 2 years ago, a group of inventors came together and dedicated their valuable time and resources to create the next generation of vehicle/asset tracking and security system. Realizing the existing technology lags far behind the demand of the 21rst century, it inspired me to take the helm and make the dream a reality.

Bio-Tracking was nurtured to deliver THE WARLOCK, the security industry's first 3rd generation technology, which combines our patent-pending biometric fingerprint identification, wireless interconnection methods, and real-time inertial tracking technology with applications that go beyond the limits of vehicle/asset and security tracking to include Homeland Security Noun 1. Homeland Security - the federal department that administers all matters relating to homeland security
Department of Homeland Security

executive department - a federal department in the executive branch of the government of the United States
, Counter-terrorism, and Informative Risk Management.

2 - How would you characterize your core customer?

Our customers can be broken down into several categories, starting with GM, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, Nissan, BMW BMW
in full Bayerische Motoren Werke AG

German automaker. Founded as an aircraft engine manufacturer in 1916, the company assumed the name Bayerische Motoren Werke and became known for its high-speed motorcycles in the 1920s.
, or Ferrari vehicle owners, etc.,

Followed by all major insurance companies, from Prudential to Lloyds, Allstate to ING and the list continues.

And last but not least, governments of countries compelled to eliminate terrorism by applying Homeland Security systems and Informative Risk Solutions, i.e. USA, Spain, Israel, Canada, and countless others.

3 - Where do you see your best growth opportunities?

Bio-Tracking Security Inc. took that into consideration when inventing our innovative patent pending technology. We focused on dominating this industry by designing a high-tech platform capable of integrating multiple applications. Directly challenging and proving superiority over the existing competition, we have swallowed the vehicle/asset security and tracking industry, a billion dollar industry growing exponentially, combined with Homeland Security, Informative Risk Management and Counter Terrorism markets, a multi-trillion dollar industry.

Therefore our best growth opportunities are limitless, you name it, we're there.

4 - What gives your company its competitive advantage?

Very simple, name me one company that encompasses/encapsulates the full spectrum of our 3rd generation technological applications into a device the size of a cigarette pack with unlimited central processing power to not only prevent vehicle and asset theft, provide stunningly accurate real-time tracking, including foolproof biometric fingerprint identification, but more importantly and impressively, interlocks flawlessly in combating Terrorism Actions, including antiterrorism (defensive measures taken to reduce vulnerability to terrorist acts) and counterterrorism (offensive measures taken to prevent, deter, and respond to terrorism), taken to oppose terrorism throughout the entire threat spectrum. Also called CBT. , enforcing Homeland Security, and deciphering Informative Risks.

5 - What are some of the major trends in your industry?

I would like to answer this question in point form, otherwise this interview could run to tomorrow morning.

--Current technologies are passive, ineffective, and not cost-efficient.

--Fusion of multiple technologies and tactics.

--Shift from people/labor-intensive products to technical informative solutions & results

--Finally, September 11 marked an explosion of ever-changing, unlimited trends.

 those trends?

To make a long story short, two years of innovative sheer excellence and stellar determination combined with over two million dollars, gave birth to THE WARLOCK, a system that not only capitulates but addresses future trends to come.

7 - Are there any partnerships or collaborations?

Yes, there are several partnerships and collaborations in the works, however I cannot discuss them at this time because we are bound by Non Disclosure agreements.

It makes extensive use of esoteric language and pop culture references from the late nineteenth century to 1955.  of launching the most powerful, unmatched patent-pending security and tracking technology, coupled with Counter Terrorism and Homeland Security systems. An investment in Bio-Tracking has to be about the management. Our team has also proven/demonstrated its stellar dedication and commitment by transforming this company in under six months to where we are today.
