WOONSOCKET, R.I.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 25, 1997--CVS Revco D.S D.S Drainage Structure (flood protection) ., Inc. (formerly named Revco D.S., Inc.) Delaware is well known as a corporate haven, and thus, over 50% of US publicly-traded corporations and 58% of the Fortune 500 companies are incorporated in the state. , announced today that it is commencing a tender offer to purchase for cash at a "spread offer price" any and all of its outstanding 9 1/8% Senior Notes due 2000 (the "Notes") aggregating $140,000,000 in principal amount.
