:HRS) today announced that it has elected David B. Rickard to its board of directors. Mr. Rickard, 54 years old, is the executive vice president and chief financial officer of CVS (1) (Concurrent Versions System) A version control system for Unix that was initially developed as a series of shell scripts in the mid-1980s.
