:CVS) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an increase in its quarterly dividend of approximately 26%, to 4.875o per share on the Common Stock of the Corporation, payable February 2, 2007 to holders of record on January 22, 2007. This increase translates into an annual rate of 19.5o per share, up 4o from the previous rate of 15.5o.
