Total pharmacy sales represented 60% of total company sales in February. Year-to-date, same store sales for the eight-week period ended February 26, 2000 increased 8.5% over the prior year period, while pharmacy same store sales increased 14.1%. Total sales for the eight-week period increased 11.5% to $2.902 billion, compared to $2.603 billion in 1999.
